This is a complete guide on how to flash Spreadtrum Phone using SPD Research or Upgrade tool. Use this method to flash Itel, Samsung feature phone, Alcatel, Viettel Halotel, Zen, Walton, ViTU and China Nokia feature phone
1. Launch SPD Upgrade tool.exe and Click on the settings icon (top left corner)
2. In the box that comes up, Navigate to the location of the PAC file, highlight it then click Open
3. Click the start download button
4. Turn off your mobile phone, remove the battery, reinsert the battery, press and hold volume down button and connect your phone to your computer via USB cable. You will see info and the flash process starts automatically
During the flashing process, the phone may reboot once or twice. Do not interrupt the flashing process as it could result in a dead phone
Once the flashing process is successfully complete, disconnect your phone from the computer. Remove the battery, reinsert and power on your device.
